Google Expands Dark Web Monitoring to All Users

Google, known for its AI advancements, is expanding its dark web monitoring service to all users with a Google account at the end of this month.

This service monitors the leakage of stolen information like phone numbers and physical addresses.

Previously, this service was only for Google One subscribers but will now be free for all users.

The dark web monitoring feature will be in the “Results about you” section of Google.

This section is currently available in certain countries, like the United States, and helps users check and remove personal info stored by Google.

Google says this new feature will help users better protect their online presence.

While other services offer dark web scanning, having it integrated into Google is more convenient for users.

Despite the removal of some perks for Google One subscribers, like the VPN service, the main benefit of Google One remains the extra storage for Google apps.
